"We found the room very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. We also enjoyed the Sky dining room at dinner with a view of the airport. We took the shuttle to the airport to catch the Narita Express train to downtown Tokyo. Personnel at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel."

"Our stay was perfect in every way, welcoming clean convenient and an easy taxi ride from Narita. My only disappointment was needing to pay to use the pool, apart from that the staff, room, food and hotel were absolutely superb & would highly recommend staying there."
