Very good place to stay just language barrier is a common thing which you need a translator but overall good staff and good stay in my opinion and very clean and close to place to eat and transportation to catch
This is a good hotel in Central Chiba close to a Park . My only trouble was short lived noise connected to Halloween celebrants.
There is a nice breakfast buffet in the morning. Nice amenities are available in the check in area.
I commuted to and from the hotel to Makuhari Messe for an academic conference. It was easy to catch the monorail close by and then transfer to the JR Keiyo line with a stop at the Kaihim Makuhari station, It was then a brief walk to Makuhari Messe International conference site.
The reception staffs are very helpful and friendly. Plus the breakfast is always a ālooking forward to ā every day . Great food and experience as a first timer in Japan
Great location to Chiba station and the shop g areas in the vicinity. Liked the quiet area. Room was clean. Good value for money.

Average hotel, very disappointed, very dated decor, furniture is very old with pulls in the cloth.Bathroom could have been cleaned better.A/C vents were very dirty.Area surrounding hotel had many bars, didn't feel very safe of an evening. All staff very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding! The staff was extremely friendly and courteous! The room was always cleaned in a timely manner every time we put the sign up. And the location of this hotel was perfect!
The staff was very helpful and informative and the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. This hotel is a brisk walk away from the station. I will definitely come back again when I visit Chiba.
Great hotel. Big lobby and overall very clean. About 10 min walk from Chiba station so it was conveniently around all the restaurants. The staff is nice and friendly.
In the center of Chiba zoo and museum are 10 -15 mins away they have a lot of near by things like shopping dinning
Hotels on the old school side but room was clean.
