"This was a nice hotel with an excellent breakfast and pool . Very clean and friendly staff. I would say that it is the nicest in the area. Only knock is the distance to the beach. If you want a beachfront- this is not for you . Maybe 500m walk through the shopping area to the beach."

"Very very nice stay"

"The best resort in Goa"

"Clean rooms, nice staff"

"Excellent stay ! Very attentive and kind sfaff, the breakfast is great, the room very comfy. Ony cons I could find: a bit isolated and the pool is best in the morning / early afternoon as it’ll be in the shade after that. Very happy otherwise "

"Pool is small, no chairs in balcony. No cupboard. Bed hight is too low.."

"Good food, great staff"

"Room was very good Staff were very helpful and efficient. Great atmospheric.."

"The room is exceptionally good; it feels newly constructed. The staff is very polite, well-behaved, and neatly dressed. I would like to award a 5-star rating to the location, as it is situated in the heart of Goa and the LTC bus stand is just 400 meters away. The building is completely peaceful and quiet. Furthermore, the breakfast is one of the best I have had in recent times. Overall, I am fully satisfied with my stay, the courteous staff, and the delicious food."

"Interiors of the property can be better "

"Very good communication"

"Spotless room, great location, friendly staff, perhaps could do with a snack bar for when you are sat around the pool instead of having to leave and get something to eat, apart from that very good."

Clean bathrooms and toilets, comfortable bed (which was much needed)—was a relaxing stay! Everything was taken care of. There was a bit of confusion at the reception with our IDs but that was handled well. We arranged for a couple massage and that was brought right up to us. We really appreciated the service 10/10. The staff was so helpful and so willing to arrange a...

"Our stay and view was amazing. The beach looked stunning and the staff were so lovely. The food was great too with so much choice. They had some games to play. Overall, a very relaxing and lovely stay. "

"The property was amazing! It truly defined a heritage hotel — every corner felt authentically Goan. The staff were wonderful and the food was amazing too, though a bit on the pricier side as expected"
