"Lovely hotel, we enjoyed our stay! Only downfall is the amount of people in the breakfast room, not controlled and pushing to get things, just felt a bit out of sorts. Staff also couldn’t understand when we requested the Breakfast by the Sea option listed on their welcome leaflet, so we did not partake in this paid extra activity. "

Large property over 50 acres with a beautiful lagoon, clean uncrowded beach and lots of activities for kids and adults. used the laundry service also which was exceptional."

The staff were wonderful especially Anthony the head chef and his staff who gave us such delicious food, they knew exactly what we liked and remembered it each time we were at the restaurant. "We were unhappy the first night due to the condition of the room. However after we complained the next morning we were upgraded and were happy. It is a business hotel, while very nice, not quite a resort. One downside is transport availability."

"My room was big and comfortable, with a mini-fridge. The staff was helpful. It's listed as a 5-star hotel, but in reality it could be viewed as a truly excellent 3-star or a so-so 4-star. The breakfast only had a few selections, but several of them changed every day, which is a good thing when you stay several days. My room was on the top floor, and there must be a metal roof, because it rained on my last day and it was so loud in the room I couldn't think. I also fault the hotel for turning up...
