Inside the Menezes Braganza Pereira House, Chandor village, Goa. The Pereira House, started in the 17th century, is one of the best preserved homes of the Indo-Portuguese aristocracy that owned plantations, controlled trade, and governed Goa during its long colonial rule by Portugal. "The property owner is not satisfied with OYO, since the rate of tariff waa 1300/- and EXPEDIA charges more than triple price, they refused to provide mosquito repellents although they admits that they could provide, but due to OYO GUEST, they won't. The place is in remote place of any beach, there is no communication facilities , except own car."

"Didnt have hot water and had to wait and call the stuff who didnt speak any english. The check out was before 11 am and they called me at 10 am to check out because the room was need it. Very poor service at breakfast. Didnt have coffee and i had to drink tea because they want to tidy up. Paid a lot for 2 nights at goa prices."

"Lovely resort. Great service. Airport pickup. Reception. My room overlooking the pool and garden. Restaurant. Pool bar. The staff, all of whom give it all they've got. Friendly atmosphere. Lovely grounds, well maintained and huge. And then on to the beach. Perfect. Wonderful service from Ruella, Goma, Aliya, Hemant, Mintu and Bhupal who kept me well fed. Introducing me to Dosa for breakfast which i grew to love, and ensuring i always had everything i needed. The pool is brilliant. Its massive. Its well maintained. The pool guys / lifeguards fo a superb job. Come to Kenilworth. You will have fun."
