"We stayed two nights in this really beautiful place, embedded in lush surrounding. It was so peaceful! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went with on a morning walk in the surrounding forest, guided by a very talented member of the staff who could show us lots of things! There was also good spa and a restaurant which served all kind of food. The pool was also nice. The place is fantastic, we really recommend a visit there!"

The front desk denied saying that there are no mountain view rooms despite the fact that it was listed on hotels.com and I had chosen and paid for it. I had to get on a call with hotels.com for 45 mins to sort it out during which the owner apparently told the hotels.com customer service agent that mountain was not visible because of fog/mist...a total...
