The hotel is huge, so be prepared to walk a while along the hallways before finding your room. My only recommendation to the staff: Explain the directions at the front desk. A couple of times, I pointed lost guests into the right direction."

"We loved our stay at the Randles hotel! We stayed in the townhouse in a king room!! Room was new and beautifully decorated. The bed was a little harder than we are used to sleeping on though. The hotel is just a 7 or 8 minute walk from Killarney city center and also close to the starting point for the Ring of Kerry. Highly recomnend! "
