"Wonderful hotel with clean, modern, spacious rooms. Courteous staff and quick valet services. Just steps off elevator to the Cleveland Clinic, perfect for early and multi day appointments. I won’t stay anywhere else on my regular visits to the clinic. "

"I thought I had booked a junior suite with a sofa bed but there was no sofa bed when I arrived. I called down and they immediately upgraded me to a much larger suite. Staff was friendly, Centro was excellent, and it was a convenient location, close to all of our events."

Only one elevator was working with 11 floors of guests on a weekend (and a wedding reception in progress), so there were very long waits. And I had a very large cockroach in my bathroom. So ... nice, but with issues. "

"the chair at dining table reclined back too far - you couldn't lean back on the chairs. They were almost dangerous - for an elderly person or a child - someone could get hurt. Otherwise the place was comfortable and well appointed"

"We ended up in two different rooms for our stay. The first room had cockroaches in the bathroom then the water AND the heat stopped working. The second room was a downgrade from the first with barely any water pressure and a broken toilet. We had to wash up in the sink. There was white dog fur everywhere from whomever stayed there previously and there were ALSO cockroaches in THAT room. We had to wash every dish before we could even cook in the room because the dishes were dirty. Just over"

"This is a very cozy apartment with home touches (like fall floral arrangements). Sparkling clean, mattresses very comfortable. Big well-appointed kitchen with kitchen table that seats 8. We were there in very cold weather and were warm and comfortable. The owners are very nice and kind. Note that you do have to walk up one flight of stairs to the apartment. We were very happy there. Easy to get downtown and around to groceries and shopping. "
