"The staff make the stay very pleasant with all from housekeeping to check-in and food and beverage helpful accommodating anc with willing smiles. Food offering was good and bar well stocked with choices. Check in process easy and undertaken smoothly"

"A beautiful property. You can see they've really maintained the elegance of the house. There were just a few small things like the ceiling was a bit cracked, the faucet cap was missing, and the toilet needed to be pumped in order to flush. But the staff were great and the food was very good so all in all, I would recommend it as a place to stay."

"It was an okay hotel. Would not consider this to be a 4* when compared to other good four star hotels. The mattress was cheap and sunk, causing the whole bed to shake upon rotation and a bad back. No room service, no mini fridge in room and the Aircon would not go below a certain°, creating a hot room."

"Superb stay from start to finish. Extremely helpful staff who were always friendly and approachable and actually looked like they were enjoying their job. The executive lounge was lovely and offered a good selection of food and drinks. A lovely room with a comfy bed and the chair by the window was sumptuous! "A nice hotel that just needs a spruce up. Basic room that had ‘old lady perfume smell’ but clean. Friendly staff. Limited bar. Small but adequate breakfast buffet. Looks more like a retirement home than a hotel."

"The stay was nice and our suite was clean. Well maintained and unique suite."

"Older hotel and it shows. It’s a small town though and it’s what I expected. The glorious view from our room was worth it though."

"Staff, service and food were exceptional. Would definitely recommend."

"On arrival we discovered that the location was out of business and nobody told us! We had to find other accommodations in a foreign country."

"Stayed at this hotel"

"Loved the Victorian style house, large room with updated bathroom. The TV remote didn’t seem to be working, maybe just requires batteries. We found the blanket too heavy, I would recommend adding a thinner blanket for summer months."

"Lovely old Inn with fabulous local inspired menu options. Enjoyed the cozy feeling."

"Great accommodation and location. "

"Good size apartment with everything needed for our stay. 1-2 blocks or 10 minute walk to the main street which had pubs, restaurants and other shops."

"Booked a twin and double room. Rooms clean and well appointed with a communal kitchen area for use by guests. Did not use breakfast service as we left in the morning before the hotel staff had arrived. Only small complaint was that the staff were unable to open the connecting door between the 2 rooms which would have made things a lot easier. "
