"Great hotel with great staff. Very clean. Superb breakfast. Nice gym. The hotel has a direct access to the "Emporium mall" in case you need to go for shopping which is a good thing. Two things could be improved: adding half an hour to the breakfast time 11:00 am instead of 10:30 am, and beeing more carefull with the bed sheets. Not that the sheet were dirty, but they had some stains that seems not to go with washing and it's a pitty when you look at the general cleanliness of the hotel which...

"Visit Falettis for it's history. It's a comfortable heritage hotel and the staff are attentive and friendly. It doesn't quite match high end European or US standards in fit and finish, but it has a lot of charm and was far superior to every other hotel I stayed in during my 3 weeks in Pakistan. "Asked for non smoking room but they put me in smoking room with ashtray in it. Woke me up in middle of night at 4 am moving tables on first floor complained to receptionist, replied we are setting up tables for breakfast. Spider 🕷️ was running around on floor. Lots of noise coming from restaurant. Breakfast: left over from last night, stale bread, not covered."

"The breakfast was same each day and shower glass door is safety issue very tight to get in and out of shower . my bedsheets or towels wasn't changed in two weeks l stayed. No WiFi in bedroom which l told staff at desk on many occasions but nothing was done to solve the WiFi. Positive was size of room was good. No hair dryer few days is ok to stay at hotel but the shower door needs urgent changed before someone gets Hurt badly. "
