Just a little surprised that the Guest service department messed up and sent me an “URGENT” email about me not checking in and failing to make payment after I had already checked in and paid in full with deposit the night before. "The entrance of hotel is located in an alley. Didi drivers do not know how to enter. It is in center of the city, by chengdu park. It is a walkable distance to good restaurant and shopping mall.
