"We read the reviews of this hotel and feared that they might be too good to be true. Not so! This hotel is an absolute gem. The public areas are bright and quirkily decorated. The rooms are larger than usual for small Parisian hotels, very stylish and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is a choice of express or full buffet - we used the express and enjoyed proper Parisian croissants or pain au chocolat. Also, the staff are five-star too. They have excellent English if you need it, are friendly and knowledgeable about the area and just make you feel valued and welcome as guests. Finally, the location is great - busy but no too touristy, close to two different Metro lines and with a variety of restaurants nearby. We totally and unreservedly recommend this hotel!"
