"Great hotel great facilities hotel staff really nice. Food wasn’t as good this time but lots of choice and there is always something that we like. Only let down was cleaners come very early sometimes and on one occasion missed our room entirely. Reception corrected this and arranged new bedding brought to our even though it was 9pm at night. "

"It’s a practical room , pretty big, with nice sofa and little fridge. The hotel is by the sea and beach, which is best thing for me. The other great thing is all the waitresses and waiters and specially the chefs ( Tony and Luis and a lady waitress I forgot her name) are so friendly and so lovely and helpful! I am here working and competing so being in a quiet, practical and relaxing place is just what I needed."

There is very little we would say needs to be improved, but we have stayed at other Raddisson Blu resorts such as Playa Mogan and a free standing clothes dryer was available which was ideal for swimwear etc. - the fitted drying rails on the terrace were very limited. Hotel staff were execellent but it would have been nice if the reception bar, which is quiter and we preferred, was open later than 11:00."

"We visited Mynd for a week just after new year and what a fantastic surprise it's now become from the old sun park living which it used to be. Every part of the building has been renovated with high end fixtures with the rooms being divided into small units. There's no kettle so bring your own. Check in was for your room access key, this could be better. Food was outstanding anyone complaining just get a life. Staff are friendly the hotel is spotlessly clean. The biggest surprise was heated pool (main pool and kids slides), food was absolutely amazing, a lot of choice in breakfast and dinner (didn’t had lunch cos we were on half board).
