"Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld sowie Ein- und Auschecken liefen problemlos ab. Vor Ort gibt es keinen persönlichen Kontakt. Vor Ort ein schöner Blick auf das Meer und ruhige Lage. Das Appartement war auch oberflächlich gut gereinigt. In der Dusche gab es verschimmelte Ecken und verrostete Amarturen. Das Liegesofa im Wohnbereich ist völlig verschlissen, durchgesessen und der Bezug gerissen. Es gab auch keine Laken und Bettwäsche dafür. Die Küche ist nur mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet und aus den Schränken riecht es ebenfalls nach Schimmel. Die Rollos zum Abdunkeln weisen viele Schimmelflecke auf. Einzelne Steckdosen sind locker und sitzen nicht richtig im Putz. Das Appartement wirkt insgesamt nicht gepflegt."
