Sea Front, 20 Metres From Sea, With Heated Private Pool And Hot Tub

"We just returned from 2 weeks in casa mila and we had a wonderful time. Lavinia was great to deal with as a host and very responsive with any queries or issues we had ahead of the trip. The house itself is incredibly well equipped with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. Air-conditioning is effective which often in peak summer is needed, however you do also have a nice breeze coming through the windows if you prefer no air con. In the back garden area, you are right on the sea front which is lovely. The nature of the canaries is almost always windy, however the patio area is such that it never feels too windy. Local area is peaceful and not 'touristy' like other places. Local restaurants are not flashy but have great food and are friendly (more so if you at least a go at speaking Spanish!). Snorkelling in the area is also amazing. To be objective, the only things to note: - If you are private people, there is a small walking route between garden and ocean. Every single person walking past will look into the garden, some even stopping to get the best look possible. - The pool cover is difficult to manage, especially as someone with back problems. This could be easily fixed with different wheels on all 4 legs to roll off, but you have to pick one heavy end up and swing round. Something to watch for those with any form of impairment or if elderly. - The house has no dedicated parking and can be tricky at the weekends but by no means impossible."

"C’est dommage que le four ne fonctionne pas et qu’il y ait peu de fournitures pour le quotidien ( éponges, savon à main, torchons,…)Beau toit terrasse ! Punta Mujeres est un joli village typique, peu touristique. Parfait pour des vacances en famille !"
Comfortable seaside house for 4 people

"I'd give a million stars out of 1p in each category if I could. THAT HOUSE IS AMAZING! And the house owners are some of the nicest people I have EVER met in all my life. Fully recommended to each and everyone of you! The house is absolutely clean, and spacious far beyond what the photos promise. The living room is so lovely, comfy, I felt home there very fast. The upper bedroom is amazing! You can see the ocean through the window, you have so much space, and the bathroom en suite is such a luxury. Just like this one, the lower bedroom is comfy and charming, I slept there most of the time. Having two bathrooms was so great, because neither of us had to wait.The sweet spot? To me, it's the large porch on the first level. An outdoor kitchen that does not leave any wishes open (of course you have a fully equipped indoor kitchen, too!), space, sunlight, and again, the ocean. I spend nights on the porch just watching the stars while listening to the song of the waves. Huge bonus: The village itself. This is pure, authentic Lanzarote life. It's clean, heartly, and with its rough coastline, it's incredibly beautiful while offering save options to swim in many natural pools. Could I have wished for anything more for my stay? Absolutely not. It was a perfect stay, and I'm really looking forward to coming back. Warmest regards to you two, it was a pleasure to meet you! See you soon!"

"Perfection. This apartment is small but really good. Location is perfect, calm, you can hear the waves all night if you like. Supermarket is close and free parking is close."

"Maria was an excellent host. The property was clean and arty. The communication through VBRO was terrible and I will never use them again. As soon as the host & I exchanged e.mail details everything was alright. Before this it was stressful"
