"Great hotel location and staff. Really enjoyed our stay there. Room was large, water pressure was amazing in the shower, the bed was nice. Would recommend asking for a duvet as the air can make it a bit cold at night. If you are not leaving the city, location is amazing, and if you are checking out the rest of the Algarve also so nice and easy to get around. Second reco - get yourself some of the hotel beach towels - so handy to have for the beach. Finally thanks to Sergio - Ice Ice Baby...

"The hotel is great overall resort. The room is clean and very-good in size. I put it 4/5 since you need to pay to use the Exercise room. The all-inclusive package is very good and the food selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner are 7.5/10. The staff members are nice and helpful."

"The room had connecting doors, even though the booking information only stated that connecting rooms were available, not that I would necessarily be assigned one. I specifically chose a higher-priced room, expecting a better experience. Unfortunately, the room had virtually no sound insulation. I could hear the noise from both adjacent rooms as if the guests were inside my own room, which made it extremely difficult to rest. There was noise until midnight and then again from as early as 6 a.m.,...

"Really fantastic place for cleanliness, pool amenities and being near the Alvor Boardwalk. The included breakfast is also top notch with an insane number of options. That said, despite the room being top notch, spacious and clean, easily the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Slightly shocking for a mid/higher end place."
