"Overall this is a wonderful property with a very good restaurant. The room was large and very nice. However, there was no AC or fan to push the air around. There were a lot of mosquitoes, so leaving a door or window open was not an option due to no screens. So my only suggestion would be to offer some type of fan during the summer stays"

"What a wonderful place! The staff was super friendly, the food was superb, and the location was super convenient. They even had loaner sleds we used for the day. Literally steps from the local train which took us very close to the ski lifts. Upon arrival, they asked if we wanted dinner and the kitchen stayed open late and our waitress stayed to serve us (dinner is from 1830-1930). "Great hotel with a nice breakfast, awesome showers and large clean rooms. Most rooms face either the mountains or valley - both are very beautiful! Tons of things to do in the area - countless hikes, rafting, biking etc. The staff and pool area are excellent. Campo di Tures is about 15 min drive - wonderful little town area, a great castle and ski resort (Speikboden) - go all the way to the top for spectacular views, hiking trails and a beautiful restaurant with excellent food! "Apartments are modern and spacious. Village is very quiet but well located for Panorama Bahn ski lift (NB if you have any beginners in your group you have to drive 20 mins or so to Pass Thurn for ski school). Main criticism was that we unexpectedly had to pay for the apartment in cash - this was a real problem over Christmas week as the banks were closed! The Owners were adamant that this was specified on the booking but - if it was - I missed it! Sadly, this took the shine off the stay."
