"This hotel is beautiful, the staff are amazing and it really is 5 star standard in the heart of Manchester, the room (king) was beautiful with top notch facilities, the atmosphere and ambience of the hotel was perfect for a couples getaway. Breakfast was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Reserve parking if you can however there are plenty of car parks around. "

The staff were great - a small problem with our room (allocated a double not a twin) was sorted within minutes, and a new key brought to us without having to go back downstairs to reception. The rooms had already been renovated and were fab. They were comfortable, spotlessly clean and spacious, with huge windows and tones of natural light.
