"Everything was excellent, from cleanliness to service to location. I had only 2 minor issues: I didn't have cellphone reception in my room (could be because of my service provider), and the sound of neighboring rooms flushing their toilet was a bit loud. Not ideal for light sleepers."
"Everything was perfect but I didnt think the young girl on reception was very good. She didnt even say hello or smile. She had her sleeves arojnd her hands drinking iced coffee and gave us a very brief intro and we had to work out a lot of things for ourselves and grt help from other staff how to use card keys. Other receptionists we saw there seemed much more helpful and friendly"

"First time in Manchester and I will definitely stay here again. Staff was lovely, the breakfast was yummy and a great price if you reserve it, room was nice, and the tram and train stations are at most 5 min away. "
"Absolutely incredible experience! The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location is perfect — close to everything in Manchester, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel itself is stunning, full of character and charm. We’ll definitely be back!"
