The hotel staff were all super helpful and friendly. Decor is amazing and the food, drinks and entertainment on site are top notch. Coupled with a great central location, it was an all round great experience! I'd stay here again

Fabulous stay at Mollies, loved everything about it from the lovely lobby where you could kick back with a coffee or have a few drinks, to the diner with the delicious food, to the very lovely friendly and helpful staff and finally great bedroom with super comfy bed and all you could need included! Will definitely be back!

I absolutely loved Mollie's in Manchester and had a wonderful stay for two nights. The room was very clean, tastefully furnished and the bed was cosy and comfortable. The staff were super friendly, the bar was lovely and the breakfasts were delicious. I have already recommended Mollie's to my friends and will definitely be staying with Mollie's again in the future.

Beautiful hotel, we loved out stay here , diner was great, food was lovely staff were great. Lovely birthday night away, we had breakfast in the morning was served by the amazing Maurice, couldn't do enough, my Hubby got a birthday cake with candle which was just lovely. We will definitely be back.

Really great for a new hotel. I will note that there was a strange number of small gnats flying around our room and on the ceiling when we arrived, and the number seemed to increase through our stay. The windows were closed so we were not sure where they were coming from. Other than that the room was fantastic value and very clean.

I’m a regular guest in Mollie’s and the hotel is improving each time I visit. The rooms are incredible and silent, which is a hell of an achievement. I’d recommend splashing out on the Studio rooms - you won’t regret it. With the Diner and Studio IV, it easy to spend a weekend in Mollie’s and not leave. The live music and DJ in Studio IV make it a must do. The Mollie’s team are an amazing bunch - it’s just too easy to book the next trip back before leaving. Keep it up guys!

This is a really interesting hotel with unique rooms, ours was a suite with a Peloton bike in the room. Unfortunately there were a few snagging issues, with lights, shower, bath and a safety item missing from the bike. All these issues were quickly rectified when maintenance where back on site. The other thing we found frustrating was the lack of gym. There is a gym in the building, but hotel guests aren't allowed to use it. However even given all this the hotel staff, rooms and ambiance where excellent and we would consider staying here again in the future .

A great new hotel in central Manchester. Well laid out rooms with great beds & linens. Massive showers and super Cowshed Bathroom Amenities. Dyson Hairdryers and Straighteners. Plus good tea/coffee and access to a Boiling Water Tap on each floor, Friendly and helpful staff at Reception. Stylish Cocktail Lounge and Speakeasy Bar downstairs with live music. Diner with great comfort food and good cocktails. No parking at the hotel and the nearby NCP is expensive.
