Also was told they couldn’t check me in without photo id. Stayed there twice now. This was view from room. Won’t be returning "

Zero eye-contact or acknowledgment from reception any time we passed, over three days. On the other hand, everyone else we encountered in Manchester - outside the hotel - was friendly and chatty."
