"Booked all inclusive with balcony, was informed upon arrival that on the first night I would have a room with NO windows. All inclusive is not all inclusive, they have said this is one drink with your dinner. There is no specific menu for dinner, the waiter will tell you what they can offer which is generally one main course. On the morning of day 2, I was moved to the correct room, however I wasn't informed that this was beside the building site and was woken up at 8am on a Saturday...

"This was a horrible experience, so bad that I was considering changing my flight and go back home in the first hour. We spent 4 hours driving around trying to find the hotel, it did show up on maps, we stopped 5 times to ask locals and no one knew where the hotel was. Finally around 10pm we finally came accross a lady walking that she worked at the place so she gave us directions. Her words made us worried. She said “you will stay in the worst hotel in town. I work there so I know” . Horrible...
