Hotel and staff are very nice. AC was switched to heating a week before arrival which we didn’t know. It was a bit warm in the room but once we opened the balcony door and kept it open throughout he night it felt cool.

Great stay

Fantastic hotel great stay. We loved it!! Staff very accommodating and managed to get us as a family into one room rather than having 2 separate rooms. Room was lovely and had all amenities in the room. The indoor pool was lovely. The water was very warm and the kids loved it. Lovely stay thank you!

Tony at the valet was welcoming and a gentlemen. Front desk staff was accommodating to our needs and helpful with local places to visit. Whenever I’m in Tirana, this hotel will be my choice.

Wonderful hotel, with amazing breakfast buffet in the pleasant company of Andriana, leads trying to make sure everyone was happy. Nice pool, also indoors. Henrik the waiter was also excellent! All in all we would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it’s a beautiful place at first glance, I found the overall experience disappointing compared to the high prices they charge. The rooms are expensive, yet the amenities don’t match the cost. There’s no swimming pool, no complimentary drinks, no free breakfast, and the parking is very limited. On top of that, the bar prices are outrageously expensive. Service was just average, not at all the kind of upscale experience you’d expect for what you’re paying. For the price point, I expected much more in terms of hospitality and offerings. Unfortunately, it feels like a rip-off rather than a luxury stay.

Un peu cher mais ça vaut le coup

Très belle hôtel dommage je comprends toujours pas ce manque de sourire et d'attention du peuple albanais et là il devrait faire un effort c'est un hôtel de haute gamme au prix qu'on paie un minimum... C'est aussi dommage le service ménage est pas à heure fixe soit la chambre est fait à 9h soit à 17h30 à revoir un peu l'organisation. Mais l'infrastructure hôtelière est top .
