"The breakfast was pretty good but some mornings stuff was missing depending what time you got there and was never replenished. My biggest disappointment was I left an expensive phone charger in the room and contacted them about this on two separate occasions and both have been ignored. Very poor customer follow up."

"This hotel is really lovely. It’s modern and so clean. The location is phenomenal, everything you’d want to see as a tourist is in walking distance. The only small downside that I would have to say is that there is no hot drink making facilities in your room, but there is a coffee machine available downstairs to use at all times. Beds are comfy and the shower was great. A really good stay!"

"Lovely spacious rooms, well located by the main train station, close to town centre and local amenities (small mall of shops just below), staff were all super friendly with excellent English, and the breakfast is so good! So many options and I loved that they catered to dietary intolerances as a lactose free person. "

"The hotel is perfectly located, the facilities are great, lovely bar, free pool/billards table. Our room was so incredibly dusty though...the surfaces were grey, and the amount of flying dust when the sun caught it was crazy! It triggered my asthma, it was so dusty. We tried to buy breakfast in the hotel restaurant on 2 different days of our stay but their card machine was down both days, so try and keep some cash handy for in hotel purchases."
