We got stuck in Arona due to a train strike and managed to get a room at Hotel Bristol and the staff helped us arrange transportation to Milan the next day so we can continue on with our journey. Hotel was really nice, although past its heyday. A really different feature is the “elevator” that moves like a train. Room was very clean, not enough bathroom Amenities. I had an upgrade do that the AC wasn't working in the room I was assigned to. Breakfast was very good and the Capuchinos were amazing. Bathroom ok, but dirty dirty shower. "
