"When we checked in, the hotel did not have our reservation from Hotels.com and there was another family experiencing the same issue. We were lucky enough for them to have a room for us. It took about 30-60 minutes to get a room. Other than that, the hotel was very nice and comfortable. Shower drain was clogged and pooled up as we showered. Beds were very comfortable. Convenient access to food for both dinner and breakfast inside the hotel. Not at all convenient for a daily excursion to local...
