"We absolutely loved our stay at iQ Hotel Roma! The entire staff was incredibly sweet, accommodating, and genuinely funny—they made us feel so welcome. A very special thank-you to Giordano and Emilio at the front desk.Giordano was especially lovely and made our stay feel even more memorable. Every amenity and detail at this hotel felt beyond a five-star experience. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, including adding mattress toppers, putting beds together, and even helping us switch rooms. They handled every request with kindness, patience, and a smile. The hotel also has a wonderful jacuzzi and plenty of comfortable places to relax throughout the property, making it the perfect retreat after exploring Rome. The service here is truly exceptional, and I will absolutely stay at iQ Hotel Roma again the next time I’m in Rome. Highly recommended!"

"Very nice older hotel in a fantastic location. The staff is very friendly, hotel and rooms are clean. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is due to the air conditioning. Outside temps were around 98F, and our air cond. couldn't keep up. Either under sized or in need of maintenance. We had two rooms; the room for our adult children was very cool but ours was not. The staff provided a fan which helped, but just. Despite the air cond. issue, I highly recommend this hotel."
