"The pool no longer exists.. This was an absolute AMAZING place to experience! 0 complaints. The breakfast was not heavy or huge, it was perfect!! We had the Juliette suite and OMG, I have never had the experience of a full walk in closet with all the bells and whistles and a HUGE jacuzzi and shower suite. Bed and pillows were soft snd comfortable, the room.had those cool wood slat blinds that you pull shut and open. The property is massive and so relaxing to walk around. Security is awesome,...

"The carpets need to be steamed clean . The housekeeper didn’t gave us towels like they was supposed to . We had to call like 3x before the front desk had to come bring the towels . They never emptied the garbage the whole two days we was there. The air condition needed to be turned up . They need microwaves in the rooms. The rooms are nice besides no microwave. I enjoyed my stay but they need to upgrade the freshness and upgrade on their housekeeping service"
