"Uhøfligt personale, de smiler ikke, soger ikke godmorgen/god aften/velkommen (i restauranten og baren) Sindssygt dårlige senge, vi døjede med ondt i ryggen hver morgen og måtte 2 gange til massør under vores ophold på 5 dage. "Häuser sind sehr klein ! Man muss Strom und Warmwasser extra bezahlen, sowie den Parkplatz. Befremdlich war für uns die Begrüßung " als erstes die Bankverbindung hinterlegen " und dann was man alles extra zahlen soll! Für die Sauna hätte man vor dem Urlaub einen Termin machen müssen. Naja, man war ja sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs, dadurch ging es!"

"We stayed three days at zielona terrasy. The reception was five minutes away from the apartment and it was almost impossible to park there when we should check in. When we arrivet to the apartment there were no towels and bedlinen there. We had to call several times before we got an answer. Later in the evening we got a plasticbox with towels and linen and had to make the bed by ourselves. The spa is not at the appartment. Its 5 minutes away but it is nice. "Nettes Hotel für Familien gut geeignet. Für Paarurlaube nicht ganz so ideal. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr klein und schnell überfüllt. Die Parkplätze sind extra zu bezahlen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und engagiert. Die Möbel sind etwas billig und klemmen auch schon mal, aber man kann sich gut erholen und der Strand ist sehr schön."

"Very clean, furniture and bathroom looked almost new (or recently renovated). Very steep stairs --rather a ladder-- to the upstairs sleeping area could be a problem for some. Very few amenities: two TVs but only one had a remote; toiletries amounted to a bottle of very cheap liquid hand soap; not even a plastic cup in the whole apartment; etc. Breakfast was good. The downstairs of the building is a simple restaurant - we did not try the food but presume it is good as the place was full of people...
