"Overall impressions of the hotel had the wow factor. The check in was straight forward, although the staff could have learned a smile! The room was really nice although no tea/coffee facilities. "Very stylish hotel that is modern and very clean. Check in was so quick and easy and staff are always so helpful. Breakfast is a good buffet with lots of selection and bar/restaurant serves great food in the evening. Room was very big and had a kettle as well as a coffee machine. I will stay here again when im back in the area. Staff are so great in all areas. "

"The pillows were clearly horrible, square like the ones you put on a couch. The bedding was too small for the single beds. Even when you order a double bed room you get two single beds. There are no King size nor even queen size beds, just singles either solo, apart or together. The restaurant was empty at 6PM but when I wanted to dine there with my family we were refused and told to make a reservation with an earliest option of 8 PM! So we were forced to eat elsewhere.
