"Room was very spacious and clean! Bed/pillows were very comfortable! Only complaint is shuttle service. We called as instructed when we landed. We waited an hour. Called again and was told the shuttle hasn't left the hotel yet! We ended up taking taking an EXPENSIVE cab! "

"It was a okay hotel would stay there again simple thing that could of been fixed didn’t get resolved such as us not having hot water and fridge not working when telling front desk they had maintenance come up immediately He ran the water for a few minutes and got warm but nothing more. He said housekeeping would come give us a new fridge. They never came the next morning I mentioned it again, and I was ignored other than that it was an OK property with amazing city view."

"Everything about this property was great with exception to the shower. The tub is extremely slippery. I almost fell twice, there is no slip resistant area. Also, the staff never replaced toilet paper. "
