"The apartment is very beautiful and the view outside feels so magical for someone living in Asia. Did not manage to use the sauna there as we were too cold and tired from our daily activities. The shower perhaps need a blind as friends staying there may not feel private enough when showering (for family maybe ok). Johanna is very friendly and warm. Am so glad to have meet her. "Chalets are lovely. Beautiful location and very central. Reception and staff were excellent, there was nothing they couldn’t help us with. My daughter has certain food allergies, we ate 3nights in a row and the chef and waitresses were incredibly helpful to accommodate her. Food all round was really lovely especially the salmon soup. One thing to note, but wouldn’t detract us from staying again is that the Stairs is a bit steep to 2nd bedroom. We had 3year old and 7 year old. They have a gate at the top of stairs but may also be handy to have one at the bottom as well. "

"We had a lovely one night stay here in Jan 2026. Its a really good base, perfectly located in the city centre, easy walking distance to anywhere including most activity pickups. The buffet breakfast was really good and had everything you could want. We had dinner in the Bull Bar & Grill downstairs which had a really nice atmosphere, and very convenient as its just downstairs in the hotel, so you dont have to go outside! We had a burger and ribs and both were really good. The lounge area by reception is really tastefully done, and we enjoyed sitting there a few times enjoying the comfy seating and free flavoured water / blueberry juice. Our room was a little small (not much space to put suitcases/unpack) but the beds were comfortable, and a nice bathroom. Would happily stay there again."
