"Pool area by seaside grill was perfect for kids and the little beach bay area behind was also great - safe, good for snorkeling for little kids! Food was overall good. Pizza is a must! Bfast buffet was good also. Some staff were friendly, but overall not as friendly as other resorts. Ordered a king size bed and didn’t get it. Feel like we really weren’t given a good room, but location across seaside grill worked out. Good grocery shop onsite. Friendly staff at the aqua sports shack. Free easy parking."

"My stay at this resort saved my trip. I booked at this property last minute after a terrible one-night stay at another property and it was the best decision. Being welcomed to a beautiful big lobby with views of the marina and a dedicated Expedia check-in line was very special. I was greeted by Josephine (Concierge) and Marcel (Property Manager) who went above and beyond to make my check in process smooth and quick. Josephine truly embodies customer service by her thoughtfulness. She went out of her way to assist with getting me a car rental and even asked how I was doing when I ran into her at the carnival village. Marcel made it a point to say goodbye during my checkout and enquire about my stay. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and really pleasant. This is a well operated property and I look forward to returning. My thanks to everyone for contributing to an amazing first visit to the island. My only recommendation for the rooms would be to add a full length mirror. Other than that, the room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. "

"Staff was some of the most friendly people on the island. Biggest downfall was the insane amount of seaweed, cannot swim in beach and seaweed left a horrible smell even in our room we could smell it. They try to bulldoze it away so it’s not their fault it’s just the unfortunate beach condition."

"Flew in from JFK and was great! Hotel is very close to airport. Planes fly over very close all day long. You could even walk to the airport to the hotel if you wanted to. Beach is beautiful and the pool was awesome. Rooms have kitchens in them and there was a grocery store right across the street. Liquor store is a two minute walk. Restaurant on the property food was great; service was a little slow but when sitting watching the waves crash was relaxing. Plenty of pool chairs."
