Our rooms were ready as soon as we arrived. They were so spacious, clean, comfortable and as close to the beach as requested. Pool was open until 10 which was great for my kids. 5 min walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, market and everything else you can use. Breakfast was a little basic (eggs, bacon, cereal, etc) but we had fresh fruit, juices & croissants. Overall we couldn’t complain about anything and would stay here again if we visit the island

The view was incredible! Front desk staff were attentive and made the check-in speedy as we had a crying baby. Bar staff were fun and the pool was just lovely! Great location - close to the beach yet felt tranquil in the hill!

the room was very comfortable and relaxing. the welcome drink was amazing and the location was amazing. the food was fantastic, especially the breakfast buffet. I highly recommend this hotel for a romantic get away.

The staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean and well kept. The doors to the balcony had no handles in the outside so when you were out there it was impossible to close the doors. This led to insects getting in. My husband was all chewed up and uncomfortable most of the time. We also were disappointed that the pool bar was not open during the day and didn’t open until 6 pm. I will say the food at the restaurant was amazing!

The people running the hotel couldn't do enough for us. The views from our cottage were spectacular. Restaurant on sight was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back again. ❤️

We arrived without my wife’s suitcase. Swade could not have been more helpful and indeed finally found when it would arrive from Air France. Taxis were organised for us, the breakfast was varied and plentiful with smiling staff. We used Bikini Beach every day and they also deserve a well done

Clean and secure property. Relatively close to a very nice beach and access to many restaurants. Staff are helpful. What we enjoyed less are the problem with the running water and the limited cookware set in the kitchen. We had water outage on regular basis and the water was not drinkable.

Just okay, prepare to hike.

We were taken to our room at the top of a hill on a golf cart . Ita a steep driveway so not for anyone physically challenged in anyway. Asked for twin beds, they had to adjust the beds after arrival. Door handle broke off on day of arrival maintence had to come. Water pressure was messed up one day and completel6 stopped while in the shower. Apparently city was working on it. Room was spacious . Separate toilet room was nice. Large balcony. Even though the hill was inconvenient it may make for a better view compared to the lower rooms. Finding the beach was sometimes challenging. Also be prepared to carry large keys. Breakfast was decent. Overall location was good. 5 to 15 min walk to restaursnts and beach clubs.

We very much enjoyed our stay, and I must say the staff is very friendly and helpful. For instance, I asked at the desk for ice and the lady went out of her way to find a bag for me free of charge. Only minor exceptions. They give you a gift card at check in that reads for 'One free cocktail' but the lady that runs the bar refused it and told my wife that is for 'the juice that goes in the cocktail, not for the cocktail'. The next day I asked the bar lady for a bottle of water so I could make ice. (The desalinated tap water is ok to drink but not the best). She gave me the more expensive brand bottle and charged me $10. The bar is owned by her, not the hotel. She was an unpleasant person. But the other bartender employee and restaurant staff were very nice. It would be a much better experience if they would just get rid of that bar owner/manager. Great location. Orient Beach currently was full of Sargassum weed but a short drive to other beaches which had none. We found renting a car was best and the cost is less than the taxi ride from SXM so it pays for itself in that sense and you can explore every place..

A very nice resort with a 5 minute walk to the beach. Verty nice, Villa style rooms. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Pool is very nice. Breakfast included every morning. Only "not so good" issues are that the bed was not comfortable, and in need of repair. On my wifes side, it was clear that some of the support (coils?) have collapsed and offered no support. Talking to others on the resort about this, they offered similar concerns.Mattresses should be replaced. As well, and it may be the time of the year, but the "no see um" bugs were ever present. They did have a bed net over thr bed, and after the first night (initially thought it was for decoration), we used every night. Point to note, its just not this resort, they were prevelent throughout the area. Overall, a great resort. Just need new Mattresses....

I have only stayed here for my four visits to this island. In this gated community, parking available, beach chair & umbrella use, cute studio unit/ kitchenette with ocean view, pool, breakfast…all included. My only complaint was during low season they don’t replenish breakfast items. You have to ask for whatever is not out by time you arrive to eat. The best thing is most all units have been refurbished with greater sense of style. Car is a must to site see but rental car is offered here.
