"There was a Brazilian waiter or bar manager that was amazing. Always smiling and when I dropped my two coffees going up to my room, he refilled them , gave me 2 free croissants and brought them up for me. Wow what a great service "

"The Abbaye is in a particularly beautiful location next to the lake. The hotel is very high-quality with excellent dining, and there are other good, if expensive, restaurants in the village."

"This hotel is in the center of the city and walkable to all venues even the ski Lyft. Many many restaurants and shopping places in a few minutes walking distance. This property has dry sauna, steam, Jacuzzi and a pool on the roof top. The staff are super friendly as well. "

"Everything about this hotel is great except for the food. The hotel has a 24h room service but no restaurant and the food is provided in little jars by a catering company. The food is edible but really not what you would expect in France and is poor value for money. I had a quick look at the breakfast buffet but did not bother knowing that nothing is cooked on site and went to a local bakery (Boulangerie Maniez) instead. "I had booked 3 double rooms for a ski week. The receptionst (Alex) was extremley helpful and the hotel upgraded our rooms to premium. All the staff were great, Thomas even drove us to the ski lift on the first day and recommended a good ski hire shop. Breakfast was great with a large choice of hot and cold options. The sauna is a good addition to the hotel especially after a cold day on the mountain and the ski room is modern with plenty of racks for drying boots, gloves etc. The rooms were...

"The location can’t be beat and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had great views from our room, which had plenty of closet and drawer space. The bed and pillows in our room 108 need to be replaced. Finally, as with most places in Northern Italy the hotel has no AC and the road noise was too much to keep the window open at night making the room stuffy and warm at night. "
