"Very accomodating staff"

"For a solo traveler, the room and bed are spacious. The AC and hot water heater for the shower is reliable. As a bar exam taker who took the test in UST, I highly recommend the place for being accessible in places you need to be such as for eating, groceries, going to the bank, buying medicine etc. Everything is within walking distance."

After few minutes, we were asked to temporarily occupy a double room. Then we were informed that the problem cant be fixed and that they will provide an extra small room on the nxt floor without TV. There is no actual parking lot you just have to park on the road infront of the hotel first come first serve. No...
