"Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, huoneisto siisti ja todella tilava, aamiainen tosi monipuolinen ja tasokas. Laktoosittomia tuotteita löytyi hyvin. Yövyimme vain yhden yön, joten siivouksesta ei kokemusta. Ainoa pikku miinus, että huoneessa ei ollut kuin yhdet juomalasit, myös vedenkeitin olisi ollut kiva. Huoneistossa oli pieni jääkaappi."

"Fantastic hotel - clean modern rooms, 2 main outdoor pools, plus a quieter 'infinity' pool, a wellness centre (including jacuzzi, steam room and sauna), gym and a large buffet style restaurant. The hotel is also ideally situated in Playa de las Americas, a stone's throw from the beach and within walking distance of Costa Adeje and Los Cristianos. "

"Can't beat it for the price! Spacious room.. a little outdated but spotless and comfy. Everything you need. Lovely views! The thing that really made it are the people. The staff in the paradise pool bar were the best! Nothing was ever a problem for them and you genuinely felt very welcome even when they were busy! Also the staff in the Romys bar upstairs and the entertainment staff were just fab. We only had one meal in Zacharys but the food was lovely! The hotel is located bit of a walk up...

"Absolutely fabulous hotel and grounds. Spotless. Friendly. Added extras, such as live musicians at the pool, melon handed out, around the pool, during the day. Breakfast is the best I’ve had anywhere; food and service impeccable! Will definitely be returning 😀"
