First, the condo is on the 3rd floor. I was unaware of this fact until a few days before. This property does not have an elevator. "It was very nice and perfect access to the beach! Nice swimming pool and great parking. It was close to the seawall, grocery stores and restaurants. "

"The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. Kitchen was nice and has everything needed to cook meals. Restraunts were about 5 minutes away by car from our property. Very convenient! Highly recommended this property!"

"The condo was clean, smells clean and was very comfortable, especially the beds. The pool area was clean and well maintained but the condo association (separate entity) is not keeping up the outside repairs of the buildings at all and mildew does exist on the outside only! "
