"Although the room was small, the bed was comfortable and room was quiet. the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. John prepared a bag for breakfast for us to bring because we had to leave before the start of breakfast. we were able to get coffee before we left. the hotel is close to the train station and the marketplace. I would stay here again."

"The hotel is in walking distance of major attractions is clean and comfortable. That staff are great and willing to converse with you and the hotel itself has a great history. "Lovely hotel in a great location. The rooftop bar area offers amazing views, especially in the evening for sunset. We also had some of the best drinks of our trip there! We were travelling with back packs across many different cities in Italy so the free laundrette facilities were a super helpful surprise! The room was clean overall the hotel was great, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome. Breakfast was also really good. There were some lovely little restaurants very close by offering pasta and pizza, both very tasty! Highly recommend this hotel and will likely look for more of their hotels in other countries when travelling!"

"The staff were outstanding. Got there 2 hours early to drop our cases and the receptionist found a room so we were able to check in early. Very good location, quiet but close to centre and breakfast was amazing. Lovely touch having a coffee machine in our large and airy room. Bathroom products smelt wonderful, apparently they are specially made for the hotel. Would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is located in a very convenient area, very close to main attractions, plazas and good restaurants. Staff was very helpful specially the two front ladies when we checked in; also staff at breakfast was very sweet. The only thing is there was a blood stain in one of the soils, we called the front desk to mention it but they said that the room service staff wasn’t available at that time at night, but they changed it first time the next morning so nothing too big of a deal. They gave us two free drinks at the bar, that was a nice gesture. We really liked and enjoyed our time in Florence staying at this hotel. Finally It’s close to the train station, 10 minutes drive or 12 minutes walking which is fantastic. "
