"IQ Hotel Firenze exceeded all expectations! Early check in - luggage storage. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Florence’s main attractions yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The customer service was outstanding—friendly, helpful staff made check-in and every interaction a pleasure. Our room was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. We loved the included mini bar, daily replenished, and the top-notch amenities like the gym, and spa area. IQ Firenze combines style, comfort, and service in the heart of the city—absolutely recommend!"

"Wow! Loved this place. Staff was so helpful, breakfast buffet was out of this world, dinners were really nice, and room (suite) was really comfortable. The garden area is pretty and quiet (except for the dulcet sound of the bells from the Duomo. Dolce vita!). The pool is small, but we weren’t there to swim, and pools are hard to find period in Europe. Close to all of the sites (walking distance). Didn’t try the spa, but that probably adds to the experience. Yeah, I’d go back for sure."

"Great location to restaurants and many attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Agusto checked us in and gave us some amazing local recommendations. I have a very sensitive nose, and the hotel smelled absolutely incredible, which made a great first impression. We were so pleased with our room. After hopping around Italy, this stay felt like the perfect mix of convenience and affordable luxury. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting. The only small downside was that the blackout curtains didn’t fully block out the light, but everything else was truly fantastic."
