The only feedback is valet charged me for two cars my 1 night stay there and I disputed the second car and they had to call the valet manager over and it took 5 mins too long for them to verify they messed up. The tagged a 2nd car that wasn’t my own to my room and it shouldn’t have taken the valet manager that long to do the math, I was one person staying there."

"This is 2nd time staying for a week. Love the atmosphere and all the goodies they provide. Only draw back was crusty stuff on outside of shower, that should have been cleaned. Kinda gross room 207. But besides that everything was great. We will definitely spend another week there soon. PS the authentic Mexican tile they gave us as we left was so special. "

"Our stay was as it always is...Wonderful! L.K. greeted us like we were old friends she was happy to see returning. Which started us off the right way. Then, once we were escorted to our room, we were very pleased with our choice. The decor was elegant, warm and inviting.
