AC kostar 10euro per dag och då bara igång vissa tider.Vid ankomst i juni safefy box låst,hygienartiklar i badrum saknades,tv funkade inte.Ac funkade inte så det blev rumsbyte efter 2 dagar till ett rum med sämre utsikt och stinkande badrum. "The resort was wonderful, food was really good, the Bravo staff was great. The only improvement could be the quality of the VOI Concierge activities, we joined the Lipari/Vulcano one and it was expensive and unsatisfactory, I would suggest to future guests to check external activities not ones organised by the resort."

The home cooked traditional meals were delicious, our rooms were immaculate, the views were amazing and we really enjoyed the peace and tranquility. The large, clean pool was fabulous after active days visiting the Etna region. We went out in the local town for dinner once and can really recommend it. Thank you!"
