"We were a family of 3. Mum with two teens. We travel extensively and globally so this review is very honest. We arrived at the hotel around 10am. Arriving at the hotel we never expected our rooms to be ready and so asked for the bags to be kept in storage while we enjoyed the day. Sadly there were only 2 people working on reception and one of those took over 1hour with another family. When we returned at 2pm to collect our room key the reception area was chaotic with still only 2 people working...

"El hotel está bien , el desayuno está bastante bien, surtido y buen horario, pero la alberca, que es parte por lo que se buscó… solo está abierta en horario restringido para familias, de 9 a 12 y de 14 a 15 hrs. y el personal del dos donde está la alberca es muy grosero. no deberían anunciar como que tienen alberca . además de que es pequeña y no está abierta todo el tiempo"
