"Broken parking lot , noises, room looks outdated and small rooms"

"The hotel it self is beautiful and all the staff are really sweet. We got two king rooms. Once we got our keys we headed up to our room, all good up till here, soon as we opened one of our room doors the stench just hit us. Sewage. It was disgusting!! The issue was when we tried to get the hotel to do something about this. Called them and they acted like ‘what’s the big deal’. ‘we’ll let house cleaning know’ is what they said but it was like well what are we supposed to do in the meantime?...

"I stayed in a room overlooking Torre Glòries, and the view was fantastic. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, making for a great stay. Even after checking out, we were still able to use the hotel’s swimming pool, which was a nice bonus. The hotel also has a gym, sauna, and shower facilities, making it a perfect place to stay, especially during the hot summer months."

"Nos gustó el desayuno porque estaba variado y buena calidad. Personal atento y amable. Nos pusieron una cunita para nuestra bebé, sin solicitarlo. Nos permitieron late chekout y nos coordinaron el transporte para el aeropuerto. En definitiva todo bien positivo y quedamos satisfechos. En la habitación podrían mejorar el colchón."

"For it being a Hilton, I would expected better. It was somewhat clean but the rooms were worn down."
