"Our family’s stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it. One of the biggest issues was the pest problem. Do not leave any food anywhere in the room—not even on the bed. We left some food for about an hour, and when we came back, it was covered with ants. Once the ants appeared, they continued to show up in the room. To make matters worse, we found a cockroach in our room every single night. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing, with very limited options...
