The room was clean and well decorated. Storage was nice but we didn’t use it due to us only being there one day. The staff were very personable (family run). I love the history behind the property -available in the binder. They also had a magazine featuring the surrounding area. Very picturesque and not far from Freshwater East

This place is absolutely adorable! The location is perfect for sightseeing in Tenby. The facilities were clean and well kept. Our room was comfortable, and the hostess and staff made us feel very welcomed. The spa/jacuzzi in our bathroom was wonderful after a long day of travel. Our only regret is that we could stay there for one night only.

Beautifully remodeled seaview room. Appreciated the nice shower and toiletries. Breakfast was provided the evening before in a cooler. All needed items were thoughtfully provided. Self-check in and out easy and the directions were clear. Dinner in the pub was also quite tasty.

Had a great one night stay with good size room for my family of four. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Although breakfast is not included, it is available and made it easy in the morning to have a good meal. The location is ideal to visit Pembroke Castle or take a ferry.

We were in the older building with a nice room but could have benefited from a lift due to the open and narrow stone staircase. It was raining and the stairs were quite slippery. They did not have TV service and the wifi was questionible. The Bishops palace was at the end of the drive and was spectacular. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the dinners were very good.
