"We loved Fussen! This hotel is in a very convenient location… a 5 minute walk to the train station and even closer walk to shops and restaurants. The hotel has a wonderful buffet breakfast. The dinner in the restaurant was good too. The staff at the front desk were nice and helpful! We will be back"

"2nd time staying here, very convenient to all in the area. Breakfast is wonderful. If there is one thing I would comment on it’s that the shower/tub combo is not elderly friendly, it quite scary climbing in and out of it. "

"The front desk was so EXTREMELY patient and kind to us. They were very accomadating and understanding to our language barrier. An exceptionally thoughtful young man assisted us part way to get our bus in the rain. Without his help not sure if we would have made our connections. The food was more like 5 star especially the dessert by Chloe who clearly was well trained in Paris which were heavenly.Kristina welcomed us with a personal and genuine explanation of the hotel and room. "First off, walked into our room and was greeted by an amazing view of the Alps which was even visible from the shower! The property was amazing, the restaurants superb and the staff were exceptional. My wife took full advantage of the Spa and heated pool while I was partial to the Skybar. The only thing we missed was air conditioning or maybe a ceiling fan but we were able to keep the balcony door cracked at night to get cool air. Overall its a minor complaint compared to all the positives this...
