Poor quality beer from the bar at premium prices. Restaurant closed at 7pm even though website says 10pm. Very tired room could do with a make over or at the very least have the carpets cleaned and a touch of paint. Empty bottle of wine had been left in the room from previous guest. No milk for the coffee making...

"This hotel was right on the corner and easy to get to as well as parking was underground and convenient. We had two kids and the hotel set up two twin beds with a container of candy and a game for each kid. That was a very lovely touch. Rooms were not super spacious but it was clean and functional. Location was safe and good walking distance to the main touristy areas. There is also a Lidl and Mcdonalds a couple minutes walk away."

"Excellent location in the old market square, all shops and restaurants around you, 5 min walk to all the sights, couldn't ask for better, parking is just beside the hotel with an independent company Q park so you pay a normal high price separately for parking "

"The location was outside of Dresden city centre but we actually preferred this as it was green and quiet. There is a bus stop right outside and buses came every 15 mins going further towards the centre or the SBahn (trains). Rooms were big. It would be nice if the double room had a tea facility like the 4 bed. It was great that you could actually open the window to let a fresh breeze in. There was also the option of aircon. Lots to eat at the breakfast buffet. We did not try the spa, all in all...

"We were booked in with Best Western but actually had to check in and eat in the Courtyard Marriot. We struggled to get into the parking area as a service lorry and skip were obstructing the entrance. Very confusing as to where we should check in. Our main rooms were in the Best Western Building but everything else was in the Courtyard Marriot building. We were told the only food was the buffet but there was very little left and certainly was not worth 27 EUR each. We then discovered the bar was...

"Good location, clean, great shower, charge of &17 for parking on the top of the room, lots of noise from the road, could have better insulated windows. Long queue to check in and check out. "
