"We loved this hotel! It's the ideal place to rest and recover from long flights and jet lag. We had large sliding doors overlooking the street. The thick soundproof glass kept the room quiet. The hotel bar has snacks and light meals most the day and evening with outdoor seating. It's a very easy walk to the train station and lake. Thalwil is a pleasant small city near the Wilderness Park and the lake with lots of restaurants, some quite good. There's reasonably priced parking right on the hotel's lower floor. Staff is friendly and bilingual. "
