"Villa Kayu Raja is in a good location, but not really walkable to restaurants or the beach, especially at night. The sidewalk ends a bit before the villa, so you’re left walking in the busy street. The villa itself is nice, but I was unimpressed with the private pool. It is very small and the yard itself is deceiving in size from the pictures. Virtually no sunlight comes into the pool area as well, so the pool is a bit chilly and you aren’t able to do any sun tanning. The price is a bit steep...

"The staff are amazing , the hotel is trendy with a young vibe. Breakfast v good with excellent service and location a few minutes from a nice beach. If you are hiring a motorbike the location is perfect for seminyak or Canggu otherwise a little out for walking to main areas. Again the staff made the stay fun and enjoyable thank you "

"Loved our stay here and will be back again for sure. Balinese roof balcony room was stunning - lots of room, bed very comfortable and gorgeous gardens to view made it so lovely. Swim up bar and pool area so good we didn’t want to leave this place. Quiet back from the street. Spa massage was nice too"

Suggestions for improvement would be to upgrade room air conditioning (not powerful enough), and keep the pools open later than 730pm. Oh and have different options of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion) like other 4 star resorts. "
