"Stayed here twice in this trip, and both times were put in rooms with humming noise from the AC! Couldn't sleep peacefully. Eventually, found a room on fourth floor that was relatively quiter. The staff in the front desk can only speak Bengali, Hindi, and English! For a hospitality service provider, there should be atleast one native language speaker to support guests. "The bed sheets and pillow cases were not clean The bathroom shower area was dirty Breakfast could have been better with more continental choices. I had asked for a special impetus but they said they won’t be making eggs as they had scrambled eggs - which was very cold!"

As a regular guest, I am always welcomed warmly by the incredible team, making me feel right at home from the moment I step through the door. A special mention must go to Kamini Sharma, the Head of Department, who always ensures that every aspect of my stay is perfect. Her attention to detail and commitment to providing top-notch service is truly commendable. She goes above and beyond to make sure all my needs are met, and it's one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The culinary experience here is also worth highlighting. The Head chef Mr Gavaskar and Mr Elango consistently prepares exquisite meals, and I appreciate the special dishes that are made just for me.
