"Our stay was great. Service was really great especially, food was better than expected. The rooms were clean and our view was amazing. The beds are not as comfortable as we would have liked but they were good enough. The one thing that is lacking is how watered down mixed drinks are. Once we upgraded to Elite, the drinks and food options for room service were much better. Other than that, we enjoyed our time and the entertainment provided. We walked over to the Santa Fe Riu to catch some shows...

"Stayed here for our 25th anniversary. Over the last 25 years we have averaged 2 all inclusive vacations a year including palace, sandals, couples, iberostar. This hotel was our best. The food, service, grounds, room, all five star. This had to be the best all inclusive food and drinks we have had. Beef filet, caribbean lobster, shrimp tacos every day and cooked perfectly. Its hard to find a beef filet cooked medium rare at an AI, but RIU did it perfectly. Love it!"
